Activate Your Bear Cub Email
The new Bear Cub Hub is coming in Spring 2026! This will be where you register for classes, check financial aid, and manage everything at SRJC.
To get ready, make sure you can log in to your Bear Cub email (@bearcubs.santarosa.edu). Your new SRJC Student ID Number—which you’ll use to access the Hub—will be sent to this inbox.
How to Log In
Go to
mail.google.com
and sign in with your Bear Cub email*
Use your current SRJC Student ID Number as the password (unless you changed it).

If you are already signed into a personal Google account, when you click this think, it will take you to your personal Gmail account. You can:
Open a private browser window and sign in at
mail.google.com
with your Bear Cubs email /or/
Add your Bear Cubs email as an additional Google Account in your browser
Don’t Know Your Bear Cub Email?
If you don't have a Bear Cub email or can't remember your log in information, you can
request email help here
If you have a Bear Cub email but haven’t used it since 2023, you will need to
request a new account.
Starting January 2026
SRJC will send official District communications to your @bearcubs account. During the transition to Banner, you will receive message to both your personal and @bearcubs email addresses. Log in now so you don’t miss important updates.
