AIMBE’s College of Fellows is comprised of almost 3,000 individuals who have made significant contributions to the medical and biological engineering (MBE) community in academia, industry, government, and education that have transformed the world.
Academic
AIMBE’s 110 member universities offering biological and engineering sciences focus on developing and applying new knowledge about biology and engineering in ways that benefit humankind – in fields ranging from medicine to agriculture and beyond.
Societies
AIMBE’s twelve scientific organizations in medical and biological engineering coordinate activities of member societies with the activities of academia, government, the health care sector, industry and the public and private biomedical communities.
Industry
Members of the Industry Council – the companies and key corporate leaders of the bioengineering revolution – identify and act on common interests that will further advance medical and biological engineering and enhance public health and welfare.
