Alumni Center
Our award-winning Northeastern University Alumni Center features conference and event space with stunning views of the Boston skyline. The Alumni Center is made up by three spaces, the Pavilion, and Meeting Room 2&3. In addition to your Pavilion rental at the Alumni Center, you will also have access to the Bank of America Lounge. Whether you need to step away for a conversation or brainstorm ideas with colleagues in a comfortable setting, the Bank of America Lounge provides the perfect environment for productivity. The Lounge also features a dedicated section with a bar, offering convenient access to beverages for you and your guests during your Pavilion rental.
We offer a variety of configurations whether you need a space for a small seated dinner, a bustling cocktail hour, or a boardroom meeting.
*Please note, students can only reserve the Alumni Center via a CSI recognized student organizations. Please have your advisor submit the reservation request.

(Starting Jan. 1st 2026) Proctor Fee:
The base proctor fee includes up to four hours of space use, including setup and breakdown. Reservations extending beyond four hours are billed at the listed hourly rate.
Base Fee:
$320
Minimum Booking:
4 hours ($320 minimum charge $80 per additional hrs. beyond the 4 hrs.)
Additional Time:
If staff are required beyond the initial 4 hours, their
standard hourly rates
will apply for the additional time.

Complete and submit the
Alumni Center Request Form
The Alumni Center Team will send a confirmation email with event details and further information.
Final confirmation is needed two weeks before the event.
Cancellations made within 10 business days of the event will incur a $140 late cancellation fee.
