Application
The Icon Accreditation Application form is the first document that you submit on your journey to Icon Accreditation. The purpose of the application form is to enable us to assess whether you are ready to start the formal assessment process.
There are two parts to the application process.
Step one, complete application form
This is the word document available below. In this document we ask you to provide a short outline of your professional experience and training, alongside a short outline of three projects which demonstrate your skills and underpinning knowledge most effectively.

Step two, submit documents and pay fees
You must submit your application form in the '
Accreditation Application
' section in your 'My Account' area - you must be a Pathway member of Icon to access this area of the website.
You will also be asked to pay your assessment fees at this stage. Please note that payment plans are available to help you spread the cost of your application fees.
Your Application form and CPD record will then be reviewed by the Accreditation Manager and a member of Icon's Accreditation Moderation Committee who will provide you with initial feedback and support to ensure that you are ready to start the formal assessment process.
Before you complete your application form, we recommend that you review the guidance available on the website. Please also consider attending an Accreditation Clinic to help you fully understand the accreditation process and to ask any questions you have.
