Some LCC programs have their own admissions requirements and entry procedures. While
you still need to fill out LCC's general online admissions application to get started,
you also need to apply to the specific programs listed here and follow their instructions
before you can enroll.

Apply for Financial Aid
Applying for Financial Aid is not required to attend LCC but it is
strongly recommended.
There is no fee to apply.
Submitting your FAFSA or WASFA is the first step in applying for financial aid and
scholarships. Submit your FAFSA or WASFA at least 6 weeks before you plan to begin
at LCC.

When should I submit my application?
You can apply at any time, but you’ll set yourself up for success if you submit your
application at least six weeks before the quarter starts, especially if you’re applying
for financial aid.

Apply if you are a new student or returning to LCC after two or more years away.

What happens after I apply?
After submitting your admissions application, you should receive a followup email
(to the address used in your application) containing next steps within a few days.

as it will contain your LCC Student ID number and additional important information
about what to do next. If you don't hear back for 10 business days, please check your
spam folder, and if you can not locate your acceptance email please

What if I'm not ready for college level classes?
If you’re not sure you’re ready for college level classes,
College and Career Preparation programs
are the perfect place to get started at LCC! Through this program you can:
Earn your high school diploma.
Study for the GED exam.
Prepare for college-level classes.
Gain skills for a better job.
Enrolling in College and Career Preparation courses costs $25 per quarter, but there
is financial assistance available to cover that cost if needed.
When do classes start?
LCC holds classes starting in the fall (September), winter (January), spring (April),
and summer (July). Check the financial aid webpage for exact dates and deadlines.

What if I don't have access to a computer?
Stop by the One-Stop Center in the
