The Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) has a responsibility to resolve disputes arising under the employee involvement provisions of the following regulations:
The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Employee Involvement)(Great Britain) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009 No 2401) as amended by The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
The Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 1999 as amended by The Employment Rights (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
