The newly renovated Cleary Commons can provide you with an elegant and affordable experience for parties up to 175 people. Our caring and professional staff will help to make your special day everything you had envisioned.

Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm
Saturdays 9 am-2 pm.
Closed Sundays
PRICING:
Room 1= 30 people | $350
Room 2= 25 People | $350
Room 3= 60 People | $450
All rooms combined into one room= 125 people | $800
Atrium= 175 people | $900

What is included in a rental?
Impress clients, hold workshops, or deliver a winning pitch in Cleary’s fully-serviced meeting spaces. Our dedicated team will be there to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.
Rentals include:
Projector & screen usage.
A/V set up- please bring your laptop.
Light snacks, coffee, tea, and beverage service are available at an additional fee.
4-hour block of time. Additional charge for additional time.
*There may be limited availability on your preferred date due to scheduled classes or student meals. Please fill out the inquiry form below and a member of our team will contact you to confirm your reservation.
