CFOC partners with multiple local agencies to connect individuals with resources addressing their mental, social, and physical health needs - at no cost.

Jennie Edmundson Legacy Display Project
Every day, hundreds of footsteps move through the halls of Jennie Edmundson Hospital — the same hallways where generations of nurses once began their journeys of care and compassion.
Together, we can bring those stories to life through the creation of a Jennie Edmundson Legacy Display — a permanent tribute to the school of nursing, nurses, physicians, patients, staff, and community members who laid the foundation of care on which our hospital still stands today.
