Enriching Your Child's Day
: Before & After School Programs at Lake Ridge Academy
Lake Ridge Academy understands the needs of busy families. That's why we offer a variety of before and after-school programs designed to support your child's academic and social development.

Structure and Fun: Before School & Extended Day

Lower School (Pre-K - Grade 4)
Before School Care
: Supervised play starting at 7:45 am allows your child to ease into the day in a safe and engaging environment. There is no extra cost associated with Before School Care.
Extended Day (3:30-6:00 pm)
: This program offers a mix of free play, healthy snacks, fun activities, and dedicated homework time (for older students) led by experienced Lake Ridge Academy staff.
Middle School (Grades 5-8)
Homework Lab
: This after-school program provides a quiet space for students to complete their assignments with the support of a qualified teacher who is available for additional help.
Flexible Enrollment & Billing
Both Extended Day and Homework Lab are available on a flexible, as-needed basis. Parents are billed monthly for program usage.
Unleashing Creativity: The Center for Creative Thinkers (CCT)
Open to any students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 (Lake Ridge Academy students and the wider community!), CCT offers a world of after-school enrichment classes during aftercare. Winter CCT classes will run the weeks of 1/22-3/10. Registration will open soon; check your email for registration. Help your child explore their interests and develop critical thinking skills through a wide range of courses in:
CCT offers hands-on learning where students can experiment and embrace the creative process, collaborate and build strong teamwork skills, and gain valuable knowledge and experiences.
Flexible Options & Expert Instruction:
Classes are offered seasonally (Fall, Winter, Spring) and are taught by a talented group of local professionals and Lake Ridge Academy faculty.
Locations vary across the beautiful Lake Ridge Academy campus.
Program fees are tailored to each specific course.
