ABOUT LOURDES
Established in 1958, Lourdes is a sponsored ministry of our founders, the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio.
Lourdes University is a liberal arts-based institution inspired by Catholic and Franciscan traditions. Nationally and regionally accredited, Lourdes offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in arts and sciences, business and leadership, nursing, education, and social work. Our holistic education prepares students for professional and personal success.
More than 90 percent of Lourdes graduates who pass state-administered exams go on to secure employment in their professions or gain acceptance into graduate school within six months of earning their degrees.
