Terms and Conditions
By accessing the Cachar Cancer Hospital & Research Centre’s (CCHRC), [referred to as ‘the hospital’] donation portal, donors acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Donations to the hospital are non-refundable.
Unspecified donations will be directed to the most urgent needs.
The hospital is not liable for errors arising from incorrect donor information.
The hospital reserves the right to decline or return donations that do not align with its mission and values.
For donations exceeding Rs. 3,00,000, branding opportunities may be arranged upon mutual agreement.
