Inquiry-Based Learning Small class sizes and individualized education plans (IEPs) foster deep understanding. Experiential Learning Students engage in passion projects and real-world experiences. Our Admissions Journey Initial Contact Reach out to the school by phone or through the website. If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please call again to confirm your inquiry. School Visit & Tour Parents/guardians schedule a personal tour with the principal or representative. After the visit, submit the application form, the $250 non-refundable fee, and report cards with any relevant documents. Student Assessment Day Students spend a full day at the school to ensure a good fit. A cognitive assessment is required, with subject or alternate assessments if needed. External evaluations may also be requested. Admissions Meeting Parents/guardians and the student meet with the principal to review learning profiles, educational needs, and overall suitability. The principal and teacher make the final admission decision. Acceptance & Enrollment Once accepted, families must submit a non-refundable tuition deposit and signed contract. Our students come from all over the lower mainland. While the majority of students live in Vancouver and Richmond, many students come from far away cities such as Coquitlam and White Rock. Do you have after school activities? We offer extra curricular activities until 5:30pm. However there is a small additional cost, should you wish to avail yourself of this service. Do you offer bus service? Yes, we offer school bus service to Richmond and parts of Vancouver for an additional fee. However, many families prefer to carpool and share the ride to school.
