Resident Advisor
– Resident Advisor – The Resident Advisor (RA) position at Anderson University offers students a leadership opportunity to serve as the catalyst for vibrant, Christ-centered community within the residence halls. Event planning, community building, conflict resolution, and general supervision are key aspects of the position as well as areas of personal development for the RA. This position requires a positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to be coached. Residence life is looking for students who embrace servant leadership, desire to build community and want to contribute positively to the campus living experience. This unique opportunity provides students with skills they will use for the rest of their life in personal and vocational endeavors

Senior Resident Advisor
-Senior Resident Advisor -The Senior RA (SRA) role is designed for returning RAs who are seeking additional leadership development, responsibility, and awareness in student affairs as well as committed to fostering community growth through purposeful programming and intentional mentoring. This position plays a major role in serving as a liaison between Residence Directors (RDs) and RAs and is charged with maintaining a morale as well as understanding of the trends and concerns of their staff. SRAs are responsible for certain administrative and developmental tasks beyond the RA role and are expected to meet expectations with a spirit of integrity and discipline. This is both a challenging and rewarding position for individuals desiring to further their leadership skill set within the support of a team environment.

– The Campus Activities Team is a group of students who plan and promote Student Activities events. If you are creative, hard-working, and dedicated to improving the student experience at AU, then this is the position for you. Click here to view the CAT intern job description.
