Tertiary Education Trust Fund
The College recognize and appreciate the invaluable contributions of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) that has been critical to not only the Development of the college, but, to education in Nigeria as a whole.
Federal Ministry of Education
The Federal Ministry of Education is behind all the success recorded by the College. Special mention must also be made of the NCCE, all the College needs are channeled and met with dispatch.
Cambridge Education
Cambridge Education under the programme of Teacher Development Programme (TDP) has reawakened and redirected the energies of Colleges to appropriately be in tune with their primary aims and objectives.
RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION
Research and Publication are also key components in the affairs of Higher Institutions, thus, apart from the College’s Multi-Disciplinary Journal that is published regularly after the organization of National Conferences or call for papers, all the Schools have separately followed suit in organizing National Conferences and publishing the results in their respective journals. In this regard, I am also delighted to announce that since the inception of the present Management, we encouraged the formation of research teams which were nonexistent before, to take advantage of TETFund grants for Research and Publication. It may please you to know that we now have four different teams conducting researches in various fields and already, five textbooks have been published by different staff members in various fields.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Our College has enjoyed an exceptional unbreakable chain of harmonious industrial relations between the Management and the staff and students Unions. This is partly because our Governments have been considerate and responsive to the welfare of staff and students and partly because the college was lucky to have been blessed with Managements and Union Leaders that always put common interests above personal interests and worked hard for the development of the College. Credit must therefore be given to the current leaders of COEASU, NASU, and SUG who have carried that to a new level and we made sure we augment and maintained a more robust, engaging, and open correlation. We owe a lot to them; for their cooperation, advice, and promptness.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Katsina people and its leaders, particularly, the Emir of Katsina and Daura, have been very hospitable and supportive to College since its establishment. The pioneer and subsequent leadership of the College have done excellent work of establishing and sustaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our host community. Therefore, we made sure we build upon that through; the recruitment of more junior staff and security personnel on a casual basis from Katsina and neighbouring towns, sharing our water source with our immediate neighbours, and repairs of water and electricity equipment, donation of computers, classroom furniture etc to public and community schools, making our facilities available like venues for events, sports fields, and vehicles.
COLLABORATION/AFFILIATION
The College had and is still into collaborations/affiliations with so many National and International. Organizations and Universities like UNICEF, DFID, Teacher Development Programme, (TDP) Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Bayero University Kano, Usman Danfodio University Sokoto, University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, National Teachers Institute (NTI) Universal Basic Education (UBEC), State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), etc.
