Project Title:
Understanding the Mechanisms of Chemoresistance to Bortezomib in Multiple Myeloma and Exploring Therapeutic Strategies to Enhance Drug Sensitivity

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Number of Positions:

Fellowship:
Rs.37000/- per month + HRA (as per institutional/ARG norms)
Duration:
Initially for one year, extendable further based on performance and project duration
Essential Qualifications:
MSc/MTech/MBBS/ any equivalent postgraduate qualification in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology/ allied subjects
Preferable: Mathematics and/or Statistics at the +2 level
Preferable: Should have cleared NET / GATE examination
Desirable Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, Western blotting, cloning, etc.)
Experience in mammalian cell culture
Basic knowledge of cancer biology
Exposure to bioinformatics analysis will be an added advantage
Project Description:
The project focuses on understanding the mechanism of Bortezomib resistance in multiple myeloma and exploring therapeutic strategies to enhance drug sensitivity.
Age Limit:
28 years (for General Category). Relaxation for reserved categories per Govt. of India rules.
