The Kansas Department of Commerce (KDC) is the state’s economic development agency. We help foster Kansas growth through business, workforce and community development. This growth is provided with the information on program and services provided by the Kansas Department of Commerce and through partnerships. Pertinent information is provided to businesses on starting, relocating, or expanding in Kansas. The health of Kansas workforce is addressed though partnership with
KANSAS
WORKS. In addition, there are to numerous avenues for community growth though the arts, grants and/or programs.
What Information is Collected
This Privacy Policy describes how the Kansas Department of Commerce treats personally identifiable information (PII) that is collected when you are on the website and when you use our services. We collect information from you in different ways and for different reasons. Our Website, mobile application, and services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and no one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us or through the Website, mobile app, or our services.
