Arbor Arbor Parent Portal The school uses Arbor as our school management system. What  are the benefits to families and pupils/students? Arbor is easy to use, and you will be able to log on to view and update your child’s information, make payments and give permission for trips. What are the benefits to our school? Reduces workload for staff as no more counting cash, chasing debt and stop cash collection services. Creates more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school. Improves school security. Using Arbor also ensures that all financial transactions are safe and secure – helping us to remove costs associated with us having to manage cash securely on the school premises. How to get started with Arbor To log in to the Parent Portal for the first time and view your child’s dashboard, you will need to register on Arbor. You can do this via your welcome email sent by the school. On your first login only, you will need to enter your child’s date of birth to access the dashboard. Parent Portal and App – Getting started and logging in – Arbor Help Centre Your Child’s Dashboard The dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This gives a quick glance of your child’s daily timetable, meals, notices, and any other actions you need to complete such as permissions for trips or updating your parental consents. You can return to this page at any time by clicking on the school’s logo or choosing Dashboard from any menu. Payments The Accounts section loads your child’s current meals balance at the school. Should the amount display a balance in red, the account would be in debt whilst if the amount shows in black, the account would be in credit. Parent Portal and App – Payments, School Shop, Meals, Clubs and Trips – Arbor Help Centre Your Child’s Profile Their profile allows you to see basic information about your child and highlights any unread notices or actions needing to be completed. You will be able to amend details such as your contact details, medical information, consents, etc. Please log in to Arbor regularly to check and update your child’s information. The Parent Portal work on Google Chrome and you can download the Arbor app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone. (Android 5.0; iOS 10.0 and upwards).
