Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers

Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) Outreach Program
provides a full range of employment services to agricultural employers and migrant, seasonal, or migrant food-processing workers.

Employers can take advantage of various tax incentives, including tax credits and deductions, to expand their businesses and accommodate new hires. Below are key programs available:
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)
Employers can get up to $9,600 in tax credits for hiring people from certain groups.
Disabled Access Credit
:
Small businesses can get up to $5,000 to help make their buildings and services accessible to people with disabilities. See IRS Form 8826 for details.
Architectural and Transportation Tax Deduction
:
Businesses can deduct up to $15,000 per year for making buildings and transportation easier to use for people with disabilities and older adults.
