The Dadar Institute of Hotel Management Alumni Association organized an educational field visit for the students of IHM, Mumbai to Prashant Corner, a premium mithai and snack manufacturing unit located in Thane, on 7th February 2026. A total of 20 students voluntarily participated in the visit. The objective of the field trip was to provide students with practical exposure to large-scale food production and modern manufacturing practices in the Indian sweets and snacks industry. During the visit, students were given an in-depth overview of the manufacturing processes of various products, including milk-based mithais, dry fruit-based mithais, hot snacks, and a wide range of farsan varieties. The visit provided valuable insights into industrial food production, hygiene standards, and quality control practices. 🩸 Successful Blood Donation Drive by DIHMAA! 🩸 DIHMAA organized an impactful blood donation drive in association with Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Blood Center (Mira-Bhayandar Municipality) on Tuesday, 17th February 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Embassy Hall.
