Male employees can take 10 days of paid leave through the Paternity Leave system when their spouse gives birth.

Target
The spouse (male) of a pregnant woman
Content
Up to 10 days of paid leave
Use within 90 days from the date of childbirth by spouse (can be split once)
method
Notify the department head and colleagues in advance regarding the timing of the spouse's childbirth.
Apply for leave through the portal in the same way as annual leave.
