Charlton Court and Waterside Court
Located within a short travelling distance of all our main campuses, Waterside Court and Charlton Court are closest to Locksbrook Campus.
Waterside Court and Charlton Court boast modern, spacious interiors. They're within a short travelling distance of all three of our main campuses. You'll also be close to Moorland Road, a thriving student area that offers local shops, cafés and a community feel.
Locksbrook
is a short walk away, just over the Windsor Bridge.
Newton Park Campus
is three miles away, with regular buses a five-minute walk away at Windsor Bridge. You can also cycle along the Bath and Bristol Railway Path.
Sion Hill
students can walk to campus in around 20 minutes, taking in the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park on the way.

Opportunities to socialise, find part-time work and travel
Charlton Court and Waterside Court are located next to each other on Lower Bristol Road, close to shops, a supermarket, cafés and Oldfield Park train station.
Each building houses around 300 students on several floors. They offer the best of both worlds: enjoy your own private bedroom with ensuite and spend time with your flatmates in your communal kitchen and living space.

At Waterside Court you’ll be living alongside 316 other students in en-suite bedrooms, with single beds, fitted wardrobes, plenty of storage space and a study desk.
When you want to mingle with your friends or rustle up something to eat, the communal kitchen and lounge area is the place. The large, friendly space comes complete with a breakfast bar, sofa, oven/hob, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Charlton Court
Charlton Court offers 295 en-suite study bedrooms with a choice of standard or premium rooms. Your ensuite room will have a three-quarter size bed, fitted wardrobe, storage space and a study desk.
