Abstracts should be submitted prior to  April 1st, 2018.

Abstract Guidelines
The Abstract submitted to ICNTSE should meet the following criteria:
The submitted title of the presentation and list of authors will be considered as final version, and may not be changed.The submitted abstract will be considered the final abstract form that will be printed in the abstract book.
Follow the IEEE Article Abstract Description and Specification attached below.
The Authors names should include the First Name, Middle Name initials then Last Name..
The abstract title must be concise, not longer than 20 words.  The abstract should not exceed 150-250 words.
No more than two abstracts for each author should be submitted.
