Classes scheduled for in-person or hybrid instruction may be delivered remotely in
response to a public health emergency or other emergency and for the duration of the
emergency. Tuition and fees are set regardless of the method of instruction and will
not be refunded in the event instruction occurs remotely for any part of the academic
year as a result of an emergency.
