Intellectual challenge is at the heart of a Beacon education. We take this very seriously, but we are also very practical about it. With You, For Students
For professional educators working with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and other learning differences, the college search process can be as frustrating as it is for families. We know how critical it is for you to understand which colleges and universities best serve the individual needs of a broad range of student profiles and to be able to communicate this to your students and their parents.
Why is Beacon’s educational environment so unique? Because the entire College — every aspect of the College — is focused on each student’s individual learning needs and each student’s success beyond Beacon College.

Transformative Education
A fully accredited college, Beacon has been quietly and consistently achieving the highest graduation, retention, and job placement rates for students with learning differences nationwide. These students come to us not ready to fully engage at a more traditional college or university. However, even after one semester at Beacon, our students begin a transformational journey to confidently and successfully embrace their academic studies and career goals.
The Beacon Difference
Many times, parents’ expectations and students’ aspirations may not result in an appropriate college match. At Beacon College, we are solely focused on serving students with learning differences, but sometimes, students are reluctant to consider a college with such a mission. Educators consistently ask us for tips to better present the College as the best college option. Visit and meet our students, spend time with our faculty and staff, and most importantly, review our outstanding student outcomes to know emphatically that something very astounding is happening at Beacon College.
