Is the tour in person or online?

Am I able to see accommodation?

Where possible, we aim to show you accommodation, but this is not always possible, depending on availability.
I can't make the tour anymore, can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel your tour by emailing
visitus@chi.ac.uk
stating the specific date and time you would like to cancel. Please provide your name as shown on your booking too.
What will be in my confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email from us the day before your tour. Included in this email will be the following:
Where you will meet your campus tour guide.
A link to a map of where you need to go including a campus map.
Which campus you will be attending.
Details about parking.
Details if you need to contact us in advance.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before your tour. Please check that the confirmation email isn’t in your spam folder before contacting us.
Can I park on campus?

Yes, you can park on campus. Please pay for parking via the PayByPhone app.
