Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is a benefit that many organizations offer their employees. Generally, the coursework the employee pursues must focus on a job-related topic or support his or her skills and career path within the organization. Reimbursement may be provided up to a certain amount annually, or even cover your entire education.
If you’re interested in pursuing tuition reimbursement, your first step should be to find out if your employer has an existing policy in place. If so, you can then determine your eligibility and follow your employer’s required steps for benefit approval.
