The Werner Josten Performing Arts Library serves the life, culture and mission of Smith College by curating collections and services in music, theatre, dance and allied interdisciplinary areas that meet the needs of students and faculty for discovery, in-depth research, performance and enjoyment.

Listening table (turntables for vinyl, CD, cassette) - Mezzanine
The J131 Rare Book Room is equipped with a touchscreen, projection, Apple TV, VHS, and CD/DVD
The J132 A, B, C, and D Listening Rooms are equipped with turntables for vinyl, VHS, CD/DVD; listening with headphones
The J133 Listening Room is equipped with a touchscreen, projection, Apple TV, VHS, and CD/DVD
Electric pianos are located in J131, and J133
Ukuleles are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk
