Step 1: Prepare Admissions Requirements

Parents’ Information Sheet
Recommendation Form
Parents’ Undertaking
One (1) clear copy of
current school year’s Report Card
(latest quarter or semester; numerical grades; Learner Reference Number or LRN indicated; digital copy during application; printed original final report card upon enrollment)
One (1) clear copy of
previous school year’s Report Card
numerical grades; Learner Reference Number or LRN indicated; digital copy during application)
Student’s PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
Student’s Baptismal Certificate
Parents’ Marriage Certificate
Student’s Recent 1x1 ID Picture
For PAREF Rosehill Returning Students
Recommendation Form
Parent’s Undertaking Form
One (1) clear copy of current school year’s Report Card (latest quarter or semester; numerical grades; digital copy during application; printed original final report card upon enrollment)
One (1) clear copy of previous school year’s Report Card numerical grades; digital copy during application)
Accomplished Returning Student’s Form
Additional for Foreign Students
Report card with English translation
One (1) copy of first page (data page) of passport
Special Study Permit (SSP), issued by the Bureau of Immigration
Additional for Homeschooling Students

Step 2: Submit Application and Requirements
Email scanned/digital copies of all requirements to
admissions@parefrosehill.edu.ph
.
Label each file with your daughter’s full name and grade level.
Submit the physical copies to the Admissions Office onsite during the assessment.
Step 3: Pay the Admissions Fee
Pay the non-refundable
Admissions Fee of Php 600
via online banking or over-the-counter at the Business Office.
Graduates of PAREF Preschools and other PAREF schools enjoy a waived Admissions Fee as part of our continuing partnership within the PAREF network.

2–3 business days (72 hours)
after submitting your application,
complete
documents, and proof of payment, you will receive an email from the Admissions Office.
This email includes an
Assessment Scheduler
to help you choose an assessment date.
Please bring all hard copies of submitted documents on
Assessment Day
.
Assessment Day includes:
Student’s Assessment
Student’s Interview
(for applicants from Grade 5 to High School)
Parents’ Interview
Step 5: Stay Connected
Wait for the Admissions Office to email the results of the assessment and any further instructions.
