At your next doctor’s visit, request a MyChart instant activation link, valid for 14 days, via text or email. You can also use an activation code found on your After-Visit Summary sheet or Billing Correspondence. To register, go to mychart.trinity-health.org and enter the activation code. If your MyChart account is with a different healthcare system or provider, you will need to create a new account specifically for Holy Cross Health. However, you can link your accounts with other organizations that use MyChart. Can I have access to records for my child or another adult through my MyChart account? Yes, you may obtain proxy access to a family member’s records, depending on your relationship. Proxy access allows a parent, guardian or power of attorney to log in to his/her personal MyChart account and connect to information regarding his or her family member. How can I create a MyChart patient portal account? If you do not have a patient portal account, please create one here Billing Can I pay my bill online? Yes. With MyChart Bill Pay, you can make secure payments. You will receive a payment confirmation message in the MyChart message center. You do not need a MyChart account to pay your bill. You can pay as a guest from the MyChart page. Please note: Your bill may not include fees from your surgeon, anesthesiologist or professional services billed by other physicians and providers. You may request medical records by completing and submitting an Authorization for the Release of Medical Information form also available in Spanish ).
