LL.B from any University/Colleges/Institution recognized by UGC with minimum
50%
marks.

The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum
50%
in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission
into
the desired program.
Selection
Selection is based on national-level entrance exams such as CLAT or CUET PG, or Bennett University’s Law Entrance Test (BULET), followed by a mandatory Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Personal Interview (PI).

Who is eligible to apply for the LL.M. Program ?
Applicants to the LL.M. program at BU must have a bachelor’s degree in Law duly recognised by UGC with minimum 50% marks.
What is the faculty profile in the school of law and how many faculty members are there?
The faculty members are drawn from various National Law Universities, Central Universities, and other top universities and have international exposure. The faculty members are hired from diverse regions with a strong commitment to Bennett University. They adopt modern methods of pedagogy and learning resource tools. They have a strong research background and are networked with National and International Legal Academia. The Social Sciences and Management divisions have qualified teachers who can interface legal education requirements.

The law curriculum is aligned with the requirements of the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the principles of NEP 2020, integrating foundational legal education with interdisciplinary learning and practical training. It incorporates best practices in course content, teaching methodologies, and research, emphasising experiential learning through a “learn by doing” approach and interaction with students from diverse backgrounds.
