, employees come together each semester for hands-on service projects with community partners such as the Livingston County Salvation Army Holiday Toy Shop, Howell Nature Center, and Livingston County United Way. To support this commitment, full-time employees receive
8 hours of paid volunteer time each year
, which can be used to participate in Cleary Gives Back initiatives or to support a service project of their choice.
