(Vice Chancellor)
(The designation of President is mandated in The Rajasthan Private Universities Act for the post of Vice- Chancellor for all practical purposes.)
It is a matter of great honour and pride to be a part of Jagan Nath University, Jaipur as its President (Vice Chancellor). At Jagannath University, top priority is to help students fulfil their aspirations and dreams. We work with students to design customised educational plans that meet their goals. Among other things, we offer our students a personalised learning environment with great flexibility and continuous mentoring. Moreover, we integrate the knowledge with strong ethics and leadership skills to churn out the best.
Our vision is to be recognised for high-quality academic programmes and research through industry-relevant programmes, the excellence of our motivated faculty, and the state-of-the-art facilities we provide to the students. Our academic programmes prepare students better to face new challenges through stronger ethics and entrepreneurship components. We are committed to giving our students an environment where they develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Our focus will remain steadfast on the fundamental pillars of a great university: a holistic, multidisciplinary education, research and innovation, and a commitment to the betterment of society.
The University is offering UG and PG programs in various disciplines including Engineering and Technology, Management, Law, Agriculture, Education, Life & Allied Sciences, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Architecture and Planning. All the programs offered follow Choice Based Credit System (CBCS), outcome-based education, holistic education approach and basic principles of New Education Policy (NEP). Use of blended technology for curriculum delivery, continuous up-scaling of infrastructure and learning resources, extended focus on research and outreach programs, student centric approach and ambiance, and value based corporate governance matching to the present needs of higher education would help achieve learning goals of students.
We are proud of being the part of JIMS (Delhi), which has legacy of 30 years of excellence in higher education with more than 10000 students enrolled in the states of Delhi, Rajasthan, U.P. and Haryana and would ensure that this reputation strengthens further by developing this university as one of the leading institutions in technical and professional education in the country.
