Vision:
"Become a center for providing higher education with internationally recognized technology-based entrepreneurial insights."
Mission:
1. Organizing quality education with technology-based entrepreneurial insights;
2. Developing research that is beneficial to society for the development of knowledge and increasing the nation's competitiveness;
3. Develop community service activities through the application of science and technology for the welfare of society;
4. Improving the quality of cooperation for the independence of higher education administration; and
