Logo của Trường Đại học Khoa học tự nhiên, ĐHQG-HCM (Trường ĐH KHTN) phải sử dụng phiên bản do Nhà trường cung cấp, tuân thủ tính toàn vẹn của logo về màu sắc và kích thước.

Bố trí chữ đính kèm
Logo của Trường ĐH KHTN tùy vào các trường hợp khác nhau được bố trí chữ đi kèm theo chiều ngang và dọc. Logo được dùng trong các sự kiện quốc tế sử dụng chữ đi kèm bằng tiếng Anh. Trong các trường hợp thiết kế bố trí chữ khác phải sử dụng font chữ
Segoe UI Bold, Segoe UI Regular.
Kích cỡ nhỏ nhất
Để đảm bảo hiển thị rõ ràng, logo của Trường ĐH KHTN không hiển thị ở kích thước nhỏ hơn

Khoảng hở tối thiểu

, hai con số liên kết với nhau bằng biểu tượng vô cực (∞), thể hiện hành trình phát triển không giới hạn, nơi tri thức và khát vọng được kế thừa qua nhiều thế hệ.
Logo chính của Trường được đặt tại vị trí trung tâm số 0, thể hiện vai trò hạt nhân gắn kết và dẫn dắt.
Bên dưới cụm số 30 là các mốc năm
1941 – 1996 – 2026
– đóng vai trò nâng đỡ, vừa gợi nhắc hành trình 85 năm truyền thống của Nhà trường (1941-2026), 30 năm mang tên Trường ĐH KHTN (1996-2026) – một dấu ấn quan trọng thuộc chặng đường ấy.

xuất hiện như một dấu hiệu nhận diện quen thuộc, gần gũi và gắn bó với cộng đồng sinh viên, giảng viên và cựu sinh viên của trường.
Bảng màu sử dụng tông xanh đặc trưng của Trường ĐH KHTN, biểu tượng cho tri thức, sự bền vững và tầm nhìn khoa học.
