Any motorist who commits a traffic offence is liable to be prosecuted in court and face punishments which may include fines, imprisonment, and/or disqualification from driving, depending on the severity of the offence.
Appeals are only considered for medical emergencies. You must submit documentary proof to support your appeal. All submitted documentary proof will be evaluated together with the evidence gathered during enforcement.
If you are unable to provide fresh evidence, repeated appeals will not be considered.
