■GRIPS’ goal is to foster policy professionals who
・have the ability to examine existing policy issues, conduct in-depth policy analyses, and provide practical solutions for policy-making;
・wish to become highly skilled specialists or researchers of policy studies or policy-making leaders working in international organizations, governments in individual countries, and other areas.

Our entrance examination consists of document screenings and online interviews. Please refer to the
Admission Policy
of each program to learn about target students, screening methods and standards.

■Support Program for Studies at GRIPS
Many of our international students receive scholarships from MEXT or international organizations. There are also scholarships for Japanese students.
■Advance Consultation for Applicants with Disabilities
We provide reasonable accommodation for applicants with disabilities so that they will not be disadvantaged in the examination process or during their course of study.
We always accept requests for consultations from those in need of reasonable accommodation regarding admissions.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time for us to respond to queries. In principle, e-mail consultation (contact info below) should be conducted at least one month prior to the relevant application deadline.
