Description of Services
The Cashiers Office is responsible for the proper receipting of all payments made to the University including payment for registration fees and tuition, housing and meal plans, transcripts and other miscellaneous fees including amounts paid by off campus vendors and the State Controller's Office. The Cashiers Office also distributes faculty, staff and student payroll and reimburses departments for petty cash vouchers. The Cashiers Office is committed to excellent customer service to our current and future student, faculty and staff, and to the campus community.
Fees are subject to legislative and CSU Trustee review and therefore are subject to change without prior notice.
The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
