Graduate tickets Your own ticket is free of charge and can be collected from the registration desk on the day of the ceremony. Guest tickets (paid tickets) Each graduate can initially book up to two guest tickets at a cost of £18.50 each (including a £3.50 booking fee). Children aged 18 months to 14 years require their own ticket. All tickets will be issued as e-tickets , which should be shared with your guests in advance. Please note: Guest tickets are not free. Each guest must have a ticket. Important: Booking more than two tickets during the initial sale period will result in excess tickets being cancelled and the purchaser will be responsible for any booking fees. Additional guest tickets Extra tickets will be available for purchase from Thursday 09 July 2026 from 10am onwards , (subject to availability), once the initial booking period ends. These tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and will likely be in a different area of the hall. You will be notified by email when these tickets become available. Ticket protection & refunds We strongly recommend purchasing ticket protection when booking your guest tickets. Ticket protection costs £2.50 per ticket and acts as insurance, allowing you to claim a refund if you or your guests cannot attend. Students who were not awarded but have purchased tickets will be entitled to a full refund. Please note that if you do not purchase ticket protection, no refunds will be issued. For more information or to purchase ticket protection, please visit the Ticket Plan Group Access requirements If you or your guests have specific seating or access needs, please confirm these by Tuesday 30 June 2026, when completing your online registration. You can visit Symphony Hall's website for assistance with accessible seating, carer tickets or booking for guests who cannot book online. Double Award holders If you are graduating with multiple awards, you can purchase two guest tickets per ceremony. If both awards fall in the same ceremony, you can initially book two tickets, with the possibility of booking additional tickets if they become available.
