Hearing Aid Battery Collection
Below are some locations you can collect batteries from.
You will need to
take a copy of your battery leaflet
which confirms you are an NHS Grampian hearing aid user. Your battery leaflet is issued by your audiologist when you are fitted with your hearing aid. If you require a replacement, please contact the audiology department.
Aberdeen City:
Aberdeen City libraries (check individual libraries for opening times)
Aberdeen City Vaccination & Wellbeing Hub, Bon Accord Centre, AB25 1HZ (Mon - Sat, 9.15am - 4.30pm)
Aberdeen Community Health and Care Village, 50 Frederick Street, AB24 5HY (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm)
Danestone Community Centre, Fairview Street (Wed 10.30am-5pm)
North East Sensory Service (NESS) 21 John Street, AB25 1BT (Mon - Fri. 9am-4pm)
Aberdeenshire:
You can collect batteries from all Aberdeenshire Libraries and most local hospitals (please check locally).
Alternatively you can phone or e-mail the department and we can post out your batteries.
