THE NEW SPELTHORNE MUSEUM IN THE LIBRARY HUB - ELMSLEIGH CENTRE, STAINES
The museum has moved to the new Library Hub in the Elmsleigh Centre, Staines (by the bus station)
The same wide range of fascinating objects, in a bright new space, with specially designed display cases backed by beautiful artwork and interesting interpretation. Our main three large items (London Stone, Printing Press, Old Fire Engine) have been placed in display cases inside the library itself - giving much better close up views of these very special objects.

On display at the museum are local finds including a mammoth tusk, Roman pots, and a replica of Neolithic Shepperton Woman.
