Program Background
In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, the role of academic senior managers is more critical than ever. Effective leadership is multifaceted, encompassing a range of skills and practices necessary to achieve sustained success and superior organizational performance. Recognizing this reality, the Education Development Center (EDC) and Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) is proud to introduce The Advanced Leadership Program, an initiative dedicated to empowering academic managers with the skills and insights necessary to lead with excellence. The program is tailored to the academic context, taking into consideration its unique environment and characteristics.
