Orthopedic patients are cared for on our new 3 Pavilion Surgical Unit which
opened in February 2025 with all-private patient rooms and a rehabilitation gym.

In 2025, for the third consecutive year, RWJBarnabas Health has been recognized
by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of “100 Hospitals and Health
Systems with Great Orthopedic Programs.” The Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital Somerset Joint Surgery Center has been awarded the
