To avoid paying overdue charges, items should be renewed on or before the due date.
The initial book loan period is 2 weeks.
If you need to keep items for longer you can renew your loans up to 2 times online via:

providing that no-one else has requested the item.
If you are going to renew loans by phone, e-mail or letter, please give your library card number (shown above the barcode on your library card).
Items will normally be renewed for a further full loan period unless already reserved by another customer.
We have been sending out pre-overdue via email to customers who may be in danger of keeping items overdue. These pre-overdue will be sent out 7, 3 days and 1 day before the item is due as a courtesy to remind customers to return or renew their items.
