Ubemilin: Centre for tomorrow
Community, learning, innovation.
At Wellspring University, we believe that innovation is not just about technology. We see innovation as doing things differently to achieve a better result. This has led to the birth of The Ubemilin Centre for Tomorrow (Wellspring University’s Innovation hub). The term Ubemilin is coined from the local Benin dialect meaning ‘to nurture’. The Ubemilin Centre for Tomorrow is Wellspring University’s intervention vehicle to nurture, manage and promote innovative thinking and initiatives. Here, we would birth social impact enterprises, entrepreneurial ideas, promote advocacy and leadership initiatives beyond the classroom.

Going by the outcome of the latest accreditation exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission (NUC), Wellspring University has again demonstrated its readiness to occupy a leading position among Nigerian private and public universities in no distant time.
The cheery news, as announced to the media by Wellspring University Vice Chancellor, Professor Isaac Rotimi Ajayi

April, 2025 and signed by the Acting Director of Accreditation, Engineer Abraham Chundusu for the National Secretary of NUC, in which the regulatory body  granted full accreditation to Wellspring University’s Nursing Science, Public Health, Information Technology and Biochemistry programmes……
