OHS Board of Directors
The Oklahoma Historical Society is governed by a 25-member board of directors. Members of the Oklahoma Historical Society elect 13, and 12 are appointed by the governor of Oklahoma. OHS membership elects one member from each OHS membership district, and seven members at large. The governor appoints one member from each membership district, and appoints six additional members at large. Membership districts are established by the Board of Directors considering principally the most recent census data.
