Compliance, Ethics & Reporting Hotline
ATTENTION
This Ethics Reporting Hotline is not a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. This webpage is hosted by a third-party vendor on behalf of the University System of Georgia’s Office of Ethics and Compliance. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance,
please contact your local authorities.
While the University of Georgia has many systems of checks and balances to guard against inappropriate actions by its employees, no system can guard against all wrongdoing. Therefore, in cooperation with the Board of Regents, the University has established a hotline as one way through which faculty and staff may report apparent incidents of wrongdoing on campus that need to be addressed.
If you wish to make a report through the University hotline, you can call 1-877-516-3467 or click on the link below.
The University hotline is independently operated, available for reporting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provides the option for anonymous reporting.

Reporting Procedures at the University of Georgia
Existing procedures remain in place for reporting concerns through established channels. You may continue to report improper activities to your supervisor or the office charged with the responsibility for ensuring compliance with a specific policy. If you wish to make other types of reports through the University, you should contact one of the following offices.
Reports involving allegations of harassment and/or discrimination that fall within the
University of Georgia Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy
and
Sexual Misconduct Policy
should be reported directly to the Equal Opportunity Office at (706) 542-7912 in keeping with that policy.
Other reporting avenues are available at the following University offices:
University Human Resources: (706) 542-2621
Finance Division: (706) 542-6860
Internal Auditing Division: (706) 542-1494
Office of Research Integrity and Safety: (706) 542-5933
Any attempt to intimidate or retaliate against a person for filing, responding to, or otherwise participating in a hotline complaint is forbidden. Any person who makes such an attempt will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. If any person involved in the hotline process feels that they are being or have been retaliated against for participating in these procedures, they should immediately contact the Office of Legal Affairs for review. The University of Georgia policy on retaliation can be found here:
