CTEDD offers a variety of funding opportunities for the researchers interested in pursuing the choices that are contributive to the CTEDD focus areas, mission and vision. The various available funding opportunities intend to encourage the multidisciplinary and multi-entity collaborations.
Education
As a University Transportation Center, CTEDD’s most fundamental mission is the preparation of future transportation professionals. We support this mission through several vital and interconnected programs locally and across the nation.
Technology Transfer
CTEDD is focused on ensuring the exciting new developments coming out of our research projects will have a true impact on society. By engaging our expansive community of stakeholders throughout the process, they are prepared to adopt and implement our findings.

CTEDD exists to lead transportation policy research that improves economic development through more efficient, cost-effective use of the existing transportation system and offers better access to jobs and opportunities. We are part of a larger consortium of universities focused on expanding economic prosperity, providing outreach to policy makers, addressing infrastructure needs through innovative methods and education future leaders of the transportation field. We are focused on providing data to the public and private sectors to aid in decision making regarding the transportation infrastructure.
