FEU Academy is the continuing education and professional development arm of Far Eastern University, one of the Philippines’ leading higher education institutions with a strong tradition of academic excellence, industry engagement, and public service.
The Academy specializes in executive education, professional short courses, and micro-credential programs designed to strengthen leadership, institutional capability, and workforce competitiveness. FEU Academy works with government agencies, development organizations, academic institutions, and industry partners to deliver high-impact capacity-building programs aligned with national and regional development priorities.
Through these initiatives, FEU Academy contributes to strengthening human capital, governance capability, and evidence-based decision-making across sectors.

FEU Academy has extensive experience delivering capacity-building programs for development practitioners, policy implementers, and organizational leaders.
A key area of expertise is Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training that equips professionals with practical tools to strengthen program performance and accountability.
Training programs focus on:

FEU Academy previously partnered with Australia Awards in the delivery of Monitoring and Evaluation Short Courses, contributing to the program’s mission of strengthening leadership and development capability among professionals in the region.
Through this partnership, FEU Academy supported participants from government institutions, development organizations, and key sectors in enhancing their capacity to design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems.
Participants were able to apply M&E frameworks within their organizations, strengthening program accountability, improving reporting practices, and supporting more effective policy and project implementation.
