Dear Neighbors,
We are excited to celebrate 90 years as a part of the Marchmont neighborhood and the greater Los Gatos community - and our second year as a proud new part  of downtown San José. Since our beginning as a home for wards of the state as the Children's Country School in 1935, we have been lucky to welcome generations of students to our beautiful campus in the Los Gatos hills, where we are proud to continue to attract young and curious learners to a place that embodies the warm, close-knit spirit of Los Gatos. In the fall of 2023, we expanded our reach to found a high school in downtown San José, where our students continue their extraordinary academic journey in the exciting, experience-rich neighborhoods of a thriving urban city.
Hillbrook's Lower and Middle School campus on Marchmont Drive continues to be a community school in and of Los Gatos, serving many of our families who live and work right here in town. Our Upper School Campuses on 240 N. 2nd St and 227 N. 1st St (opening Fall 2025) continue that tradition in a broader context, with our students and staff making new connections and meeting new friends in the city each and every week.
No matter which campus you're on, you'll find yourself in a place that each one of us is proud to call home.
