Acquisition workforce (AWF) professionals perform a vital role in an evolving acquisition ecosystem. As such, AWF professionals must maintain a current knowledge, sharpen critical thinking skills, stay informed about innovations and emerging technologies.
Policy
Acquisition workforce professionals holding a FAC-C (Professional), FAC-COR, or FAC-P/PM certification must earn the required continuous learning points (CLPs) during the two-year common continuous learning period. The current period runs from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2026.

Training Sources
Training is just one way to earn CLPs. Many acquisition-related learning activities are available to help professionals stay current on policies, processes, and technical competencies.
Workforce members and supervisors should collaborate to identify qualifying experiences and appropriate CLP values. When needed, consult your acquisition career manager for guidance on assigning CLPs for unlisted activities.
